The things clients actually ask before enrolling. Anything missing, message me and I will answer it directly.
No. A membership covers twelve months and anything unused lapses at the end of it. Most members use six to eight in a year.
Neither. Consultations are booked and charged separately, and psychological assessments are charged on their own. The membership covers formulations only.
Up to four people you name - typically a spouse, children or parents living with you. Tell me who they are at enrolment; the twenty formulations are shared across all four rather than allotted five each.
That amount can usually be adjusted against your membership fee. Mention it when you enrol - it is subject to clinic policy and I will confirm in writing.
You collect it from the clinic in Jayanagar during opening hours, or send a courier such as Porter or Uber Package. Delivery is not part of the membership.
An individual membership is not transferable. A family membership covers only the members registered on it, though the four names can be updated if your circumstances change.
No, and I would not offer them that way. They are a complement - they steady the emotions enough that the therapeutic work is easier to carry through the week.
