I would rather you had the right remedy than a bigger box of them.

You and I have already spoken, so I will keep this brief. I have practised counselling and psychotherapy for thirteen years, founded my practice in Jayanagar, and have taught and counselled at PES University and IIM Bangalore along the way.

My method hasn't changed in that time: careful listening first, and only then translating what I hear into a formulation. I don't work from a fixed list matched to a diagnosis — I ask what has shifted since we last spoke, and the combination follows from that.

Bach Flower Remedies are the system Dr. Edward Bach developed in the 1930s — plant-based preparations chosen for particular emotional states, not physical ones. I use them to help steady the emotions enough that the therapeutic work we're doing together can actually land.

They are an adjunct, never a replacement. A remedy does not do the work of a session; it makes the session easier to carry into the week.

The membership exists for the people who benefit most — the ones who come back when something shifts. Paying per formulation quietly discourages exactly that, so this removes the arithmetic from the decision and nothing else.
